Introducing Stefano Tortelli, Executive Head Chef of ALBA London. Stefano, an Italian chef from Rome and passionate food lover, brings the flavours of Amalfi Coast cuisine to life with a refined, contemporary touch. Known for his seafood-led Italian creations and dedication to handmade pasta, he masterfully elevates traditional recipes with luxurious ingredients such as caviar and rare delicacies like the celebrated ‘pregnant mozzarella’ Figliata di Battipaglia. With a background as Head Chef within the Gordon Ramsay Group and at Italian fine dining institutions such as Enoteca Turi, Stefano now showcases his craft at our Knightsbridge restaurant.
