The starting point is the Amalfi Coast: lemon yellow, olive green, terracotta and the colours of the sea, translated into a room that feels more like a private yacht somewhere in the Mediterranean than a restaurant on Brompton Road.
At its centre is the Verde Alpi marble bar and staircase - deep emerald green, veined like something pulled straight from the landscape.
